Making Brothers and Sisters Best Friends ~ Mally

Every family struggles with relationships between siblings, and many brothers and sisters don't know what to do about it. This is the book! Written through three perspectives by the Mally children, they give you such encouragement; and as each chapter progresses they give you more ways to improve and build that strong foundation between siblings. Not just advice about 'getting through the day' but how to apply vital character traits such as meekness, humility, grace etc.

Along the way many of the Mally's points are given through hilarious illustrations and stories that occurred in their own family.

Some of the chapters and their points...

Problems Come and Problems Stay! Finding the Root Problem
"One of the reasons some siblings can't get along is because there are unresolved problems between them. "

These problems often rise and are pushed back down, but like trying to keep a ball underwater, they always pop up again!

Home Survival Kit-The Number One Key to all Relationships
"This amazing key is called Humility...you will be amazed at the results of giving the other person the upper position."

Family Warfare: The Amazing Weapon called "Praise"
"Learn to focus on the good, rather than the bad in the lives of others...you will accomplish much more in the life of your brother or sister if you focus on praising their strengths, rather than pointing out their weaknesses."

I have read this book several times and it still draws me to read it again when I struggle to be a big sister. It helps me everyday in making my siblings my best friends. This is a must have book.

Sounds like a really good book. Maybe I'll read it someday because I could probably learn a lot. Even from the short bits you shared I can totally relate. Thanks for sharing:)
